Pfaudler provides Wiped Film Evaporators or Thin Film Evaporators. The thin film evaporator evaporates biodiesel, methylesters or glycerine. Pfaudler has provided these short path evaporators to distill glycerol and biodiesel. Our Engineered Systems Group provides skid mounted, turn key, packeaged modular processing systems. Pfaudler has provided multiple packaged central dry vacuum systems for biodiesel plants. These dry vacuum systems include dry vacuum pumps, dry vacuum blowers, condensers all mounted with piping on a structure.

PRI is an Engineering/Manufacturing company supplying vacuum separation, distillation and dehydration equipment to the process industries for over 25 years. We offer modular, automated systems for drying biodiesel, glycerin purification and methanol recovery. We specialize in small to medium size applications (25MMGPY and less). Our PRI/Sulzer membrane Pervaporation/VaporPermeation systems offer the most energy efficient means of dehydrating Ethanol.
